Not getting windows updates

I'am not getting any windows updates, I have sp2 installed and automatic
updates set to d/l and install.

Any error messages? Have you tried the Windows Update News Group:

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windowsupdate
 
No error messages when I try to use updates all I see is 'no updates
avalable'
I'll check out the update newsgroups I haven't done that so I'll do it know.

Your system may be up to date. When was the last update you installed?
There have been a few updates for SP2.
