Not getting the Four folders to register in DNS

_msdcs _sites _tcp _udp folders do not appear. I have followed everything in the KB 260371. I am not using a registered DNS name. The DNS server points to itself and the Domain suffix has been added to the TCP/IP properties. Any suggestions and how to get these registered?

No idea where to start, unless you post an ipconfig /all and the AD domain
name.

Make sure dynamic update is enabled on the zone. Then do:
Net stop dns
net stop netlogon
net start dns
net start netlogon
ipconfig /registerdns

If no go, report back with details of your setup like Kevin suggested.
