Could someone tell me what records should I have in my dns server. In my
primary domain I have the following records:

(Same as parent folder) Start of Authority [128],
cmserver.computermagic.gr
(Same as parent folder) Name server cmserver.computermagic.gr
(same as parent folder) Host
(same as parent folder) Host
(same as parent folder) Mail Exchanger [10] mail.computermagic.gr
mail Host
www Host

There are also some folders like _msdcs, _sites, _tcp, _udp
Should I delete these folders?

In the Reverse Lookup Zone, should I add both internal and external ID
address, and what records should I use for each of these?

Thanks

Do not delete these folders or records! These are required for Active
Directory communication and are how Domain members locate the Domain
Controller.

If you are doing as I suspect and from the answers I get from querying your
public DNS, you are having problems with your public domain. Do not use the
same DNS server that hosts the AD domain records for the public domain
records. These two zones must be kept separate on separate DNS servers.
If you do not have a separate machine to run the public DNS on, move the
public zone to a DNS hosting company or to the registrar. Most registrars
offer this service with the price of domain registration.
