not getting popups that are needed

Popups open a new ie window but are blank like they are
downloading page. Can hit stop and it gets action
canceled. Need popups to work.

Hi Roland,

1. Click [Start] [Run] type:
(Press Enter after each command)
Regsvr32 /i URLMON.DLL
Regsvr32 actxprxy.dll
Regsvr32 shdocvw.dll

2. Restart Windows
3. Open IE [Tools] [nternet Options] [Programs] [Reset Web Settings]
