Not getting notifications

Since Virgin Mail changed recently I'm not getting notifications from eg:
facebook, tripadvisor etc . Does anyone know how to fix this please?
 
What did Virgin Mail change? Did you get a new e-mail address? Did you
then update your alert profile on Facebook, Tripadvisor, etc?

Do you see notifications on Virgin Mail's Webmail page? If they are not
there, there is nothing foe WinMail to download.
