Not getting all emails in Outlook Express

I'm just setting up a new laptop and am using Outlook Express. I'm not getting all emails. When the computer is left on and connected, I get all of my POP emails. However, when I start it up after a few hours and check my email, only some will appear. I have three POP accounts and it appears my "default" account is where I'm loosing them - not 100% sure though.

Later I'll go to Gmail and notice that I have POP mail, but it never gets sent to my POP outlook account.

This newsgroup is for support of Outlook
97/98/2000/2002/2003/2007 from the Office suite of products. Outlook
Express is actually a separate program despite the similar name.
