Not finding Resumes program

I am unable to find the program in XP for me to use the
outline of a Resume to make my own to send to jobs.....
I am also wondering if XP had PowerPoint on it
also.....Please help me

The resume program you are referring to might be the resume wizard that
is part of Word.

Word and Powerpoint both are a part of Office and not included with
Windows. Never has been a part of it.

Some computer manufacturers bundle office with their systems, but if
not, you have to purchase it separately.

Ah, have you purchased and installed any such application? WinXP
is an operating system; naturally, it cannot be used to create
résumés.

1) Go to store/shop that sells computer software.

2) Purchase either Microsoft PowerPoint or a Microsoft Office suite
that contains PowerPoint.

3) Return home.

4) Insert installation CD in PC's CD drive and follow the on-screen
prompts and instructions to install application and desired additional
features.

Neither the Microsoft Office application suite, nor any of its
individual component applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access,
Outlook, etc.), have _ever_ been "part" of *any* Windows operating
system. They are, and always have been, separate applications, that
must be purchased and installed separately.
