"not enought system resource to display completely"

Has anyone ever had this error message? It keeps comming up, even when there
is no data just a blank spreadsheet. Message pops up when you click on
anything. Tried installing updates but still does it. Any suggestions would
be very helpful, thanks.

I've only seen it on complex workbooks.
Maybe an addin or something else is causing havoc. Have a look at these steps:
