Not enough resourcezs

Since I have upgraded to XP Home- I can't get my ATI Radeon 7500 display
working correctly. It says I don't have enough free resources . So XP loads
a display driver called vgasave. Please help!
 
1. Scan for viruses and spyware.
2. Reduce the number of programs you have running in the background.
