Not enough memory

I was not able to send a message an it says: "I don't have enough memory"
I have tried to empty my mail list folder still dosent work tried to send
some short e-mails to my work and it seemed to work, I had less than 200Mb
attached to it. I am now trying to divide it up but I don't think it will
work either.

Please explain what you mean by "I had less than 200Mb attached to it."
Hopefully you are not trying to send an attachment that large!

Which antivirus are you running? Some of them cause problems with
Windows Mail over time.
