not compatible with norton

I have norton internet security. When i downloaded MS
anti spyware I somehow lost my internet security. All at
once I was getting all the adware on the net. I
uninstalled MS spyware and norton then reinstalled
norton. Is there a problem with compatibility?
 
I've Norton Internet Security and MS Antispyware doesn't
have compatibility problem! All SW functions right!
 
We've seen some reports here of issues with Norton System Works 2005. I
don't believe there have been multiple reports of issues with other Norton
software versions. Microsoft is investigating interactions with Microsoft
Antispyware and Norton products, but I don't have any results from that
testing to offer here.
 
umm, please can you at least give me what version of
norton internet security you have sir, I've never had
compatibility with NIS 2005, maybe your using a old
version.
