not allowed to access or change my display

When I right Click on the desktop or go into the control
panel and click on display it reboots how do i fix this??
 
It sounds like the video driver you have installed is not quite right for
the board in your PC. Try installing the appropriate driver.
BTW. Does it happen when you right click on the desktop and select
properties too?

How's this related to Active Directory?
