Hi:
I am running Office 2002 (XP) in a Win XP Pro computer.

Recently, after adding some new contacts into Outlook, Word would not pull
them into my envelope or mailing address windows. Word still pulls up the
addresses of tmy older contacts without a problem.

Does Word have a problem when the contact list exceeds a certain number?
Can anyone help me with my problem? Any help would be appreciated.

hi:

I found my answer at a Microsoft site.

Evidently, Word only lists the contacts from the Outlook Contact Manager if
the Contact has either an E-mail address or a Fax number. If the Contact
has neither, Word does not list it to select for printing an envelope.

I got around this by providing a phony e-mail address to a Contact such as
(e-mail address removed).

Not true. When your Outlook Address Book is configured correctly, all
Contacts will appear in Word. Either yours is not configured correctly, or
you are not entering your Contacts into the correct folder.
