Hi Habib,
Try to disable the Firewall and establish conection between the two
Computer, check the configuration are the same.
Did you connect them through a stright Cable or through Crossover Cable?
If you are not using a hub Use a Crossover cable.

Verify that you can ping each computer from the other by name and IP address
as shown with the command Ipconfig /all. If you are unfamiliar with ping
open a command window and simply type ping computername or ping
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx using real IP address and hit enter. If you do establish
basic connectivity then make sure you either have a user account on A that
matches the user name and password that you logon to computer B with or
verify that simple file sharing is enabled on computer A if you want
unauthenticated access. You can open Windows Explorer and go to tools/folder
options/view and check the last option in the list for enable simple file
sharing. You can use lusrmgr.msc to check the local users on each computer
and the user account trying to access the computer with the share must be
using a password. The link below would also be a good idea to read. ---
