Not Accepting cookies.

I am attempting to get online at a specific website and I am getting an error:

The browser you're using cannot sign in. It is not accepting our cookies.

I have never had this problem before, it seems to be for this specific
website, the cookie setting is correct and is fuctioning for other sites.
What can I do to correct this. I have deleted the cookies and temporary
internet files, but i have not had this problem before . I have tried to have
them prompt me to allow cookies and when i say allow I get the same error.
This is a trusted site and i need access to it daily....Can anyone please
help???

If you have an internet security the problem may be in there! Go into the
firewall or privacy settings and make sure that ALL cookies are allowed. I
had the same problem with Mcafee!

Thanks, but i tried that and it still has the problem , i got desperate and I
did a system recovery and now when I try to go to the website or anywebsite
that accepts cookies after I out in my password and ID a get a "Page Can't be
Displayed" message. I dont know what else to do, i can surf the net with no
problem but anywhere i have to log in i cant...any other suggestions?

Hi, Try this, it worked for me. Open IE, go to
tools/internet/options/privacy. Click on the button marked "sites" You will
find a list of sites that are being managed. Look through the list for the
site you are trying to enter, and remove that entry. Then, in the "address of
website" field, type the name of the website and click allow. I think it
wants you to use the "http://" format. Close the browser, reopen, and try
again.
