Not able to view email

I have Outlook 2003 and have the same problem as Sherri.
There are no error messages. It indicates I have
received mail but nothing shows up in Inbox or Unread
mail.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

The problem is as stated - My email is not showing up in
my inbox.

Do you have rules enabled to delete spam messages permanently? If yes, the
notification will display but your rules will permanently delete the items
so you will not see them.

It isn't just blocking spam it is blocking everything.
