Not able to Sign in to post here

OK, Up until a week or so ago, I was able to access into sign in type web
pages (Amazon, EBAY, Banking, Etc...) Now every time it goes to the "Page
Cannot be displayed" page. I am even unable to access this forum to sign in
or even access the Update section to download updates. The only way to access
anything secure is to do a system restore of about 1 week and then it works
until I shut down. This is what I have done so far:

1. Run Virus and Spybot
2. Cleared out all cookies, Temp Files and History
3. D/L and installed KB831127 and a couple others

I am running XP with SP2 with IE 6 with 128 Encrypt.

Any Help or similar experiences?

Either use a proper newsreader or get Firefox!

The OP may need to fix his TCP/IP protocol stack. I had to use
"Winsockxpfix.exe" before.
