attached pictures. I think I need to set up the account but not sure how to

My crystal ball is telling me that it just could be you are looking for
that option here: <Tools/Options/Send/E-Mail Settings/HTML Settings/
Include pictures when sending> (roughly translated from German).

Else, mikey is just right, more information would make it easier to help
you better. ;-)
