Cannot email picture directly from file

I am using windows mail and it works fine. However, when I try to send a
picture while viewing it I cannot attach it. My email program will not pop up
as it should. I can only attach pictures when in windows mail program and I
have to search and attach the picture. I know I should be able to right
click on the picture, send to mail recipient, attach and my mail program
should pop up and I pick my contact and send. Please help.

Hi John and thanks.
I had already reset windows mail as my default, rebooted and it worked.
Don't quit know why I had to reset when that was alreay my default. BUT EY,
IT WORKED.
