Not able to receive mail from one account...

I have two email accounts with rr.com one is downloading fine the other
hasn't download since June 15th. I just spent an hour on the phone with RR
and we can't find any problems with the account. So everything is pointing
to a problem with Microsoft Mail program. I'm not receiving any error
messages, everything is acting fine like it's working (one reason I didn't
know my mail account wasn't being DL'ed till last night).
Any suggestions as to what I can do to get the account working again?

Recreate the bad account in Windows Mail, then delete the old account.
Does it work now? What happens when you send mail to yourself from
that account? When you access that mailbox via webmail, are there
messages waiting to be downloaded?
