Not able to manually hibernate

I hv enbled the hibernation option in the power control, and computer goes in
hibenation automatically when time is set. But start --> turn off computer,
does not gives any option for hibernation.. Any solution?

Probably easier to define the power button to do a hibernate in Power
Options.

I don't have a "Turn Off Computer" selection, just the Start -> Shutdown
selection. That's because I got rid of the Fisher-Price Welcome Screen
and logoff windows and reverted to the classic login screen (which gives
me the classic Start menu choices), especially since the Fisher-Price
screens are only available if you are in a workgroup and disappear if
you are in a domain (and I don't want to bother with a different user
interface at home that I have at work).

Click Start - Shutdown - then hold down the *Shift Key* and you will see the
different option.

Put down shift to change the Standby button there to Hibernate
