Not able to login in OE

Whenever I click on Logon button in OE it comes back once
again to enter username & pwd.I del. old account in OE &
created new.but still gets the same problem.I have
reinstall OE.Spoke to my ISP who provides email service
abt. this issue.I can enter my email account through
IE.Can anyone please let me know what is the problem.
