Not able to enable macros in the workbooks (since today/16.jun) !!

Suddenly since today my Excel 2007 is not providing me an option to enable
the macros inside my workbooks!!!

When I open a workbook which has macros, the workbook opens with a message
above the book saying "Security Warning Macros have been disabled <options
button>". When I click on Options button, instead of providing me 2 choices
which was the usual thing (one to disable and the other to enable), there is
only ONE radio button with description "Help protect me from unknown content
(recommended)". So, not giving me a way to enable the macros here.

These are the other things I have tried -

1. I also tried at Trust Center Settings and even chose - "Enable all
macros (not recommended, potentially dangerous code can run)". Still the
macros are not getting enabled!
2. Added the folder which had my workbook to the "Trusted Locations" (under
Trust Center Settings). Still same result :-(

Earlier in the day, my comp automatically installed several Microsoft
updates (as it usually does automatically) and when I see the list of updates
today, there are quite a few security updates for Microsoft Office 2007
installed today. Not sure if any of them is the culprit or is anything else
is a problem!

I had no problem with any of these macro workbooks earlier to this!

Info - My system runs on Vista.
Office Version - 2007, SP1

Update:

Just found that the "Enable this content" radio button is vanishing since
the workbook is password protected. When the workbook protection is removed,
both the options (disable and enable) appear on click of the Options button.

How do we solve this?? And why has this come up suddenly??? I have been
using this workbook for more than 4 months now!
