Not able to access ONE CERTAIN web site.

I have just recently changed from AOL to EV1. I have been
trying to access my bank for two weeks now. I start to get
the page to come up and then everything clears off of my
screen and goes back to my deck top. I am always still
signed onto EV1. It doesn't disconnect me or anything. I
and friends have tried everything and it still isn't
working. EV1 said to make sure the cypher strength is 128
bits and it is. I've even tried several search engines and
nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can some one help me?
