norton wont scan just freezes half way through

if anyone answered my questions on 29th and sent it to my
e/mail box i'm sorry had probs with it ... could you try
again .... why cant norton run to scan without freeezing
every time............ i have tried and tried and
tried... can you spare 2 mins of your time to help

You might have to reinstall NAV. or you could have a
virus. DO an online scan to see if you do.
