NORTON VIRUS SOFTWARE

TO WHOM it MAY CONCERN,
I seem to have lost my acess to my Norton anti-virus
software. Can you help me find and restore this .


attention: I already have a second additional anti0virus
software program running. Is there going to be a conflict?

Try to repost your message below with additional
information on what you mean by "lost my access...."
For instance:

Does that mean you've lost the icon or shortcut you click
on to run the program?

Or, the program doesn't work when you click on the icon?

Another option you should try is to post the same message
on Norton's Support Web Site. It's free.

I also use Norton av and once I tried a second av
program without uninstalling norton and their WAS a
conflict my computer would not boot normally I had to
boot in safe mode and remove the second av software,
And in the case of 'on track fix it utilities' the second
software MAY? have uninstalled norton without asking you
first.Have only one avp installed at a time and Norton is
one of the best.go to add/remove and see if norton is
there, try reinstalling it, and don't forget to update
it.

IF one wants to have 2 AV programs on their computer make sure to turn off
ALL automatic scanning options in one program - you can always do a manual
scan using the passive (turned off) program. Not sure why anyone would want
2 AV programs on their computers but c'est la vie !!
