Norton Internet Security Disabled at Start-Up

When others in the household log on, my Norton firewall
always loads in the disabled mode. I am the system
administrator and when I sign on, the Norton Firewall
always starts in the enabled mode.I am told that there is
a problem with how XP recognizes different users.

Has anyone encountered this and if so, how did you fix it?
 
First I would have a look at your settings (Accounts) in NIS to make sure
each user has an account.

If this does not solve the issue please reply to group for further
assistance.
