I recently purchased Norton Antivirsu Professional 2004.
After installing I continue to get a stop error and my
computer reboots. The stop error is not the same each
time but is always related to Norton. Has anyone had this
problem before and how is it resolved.

Have you contacted Symantec tech support?

We have NAV 2004 Pro on two XP desktops here networked and 0 (zero) issues.
Any software app can cause troubles and not all users are as savvy as
others. There are just about an infinite number of matters that can affect
the outcome of newly installed software. IMHO the best support comes from
Symantec since it is their product.
