I'm not being able to have the auto protect enabled, and
it's not allowing me to unisntall/delete and then
reinstall. I keep getting the error message unable to
access C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop what do
I do to fix this?

You probably must set your user account to have
administrative privileges to change the settings. Then you
should be able to return your user account to limited.
Try running Norton my right clicking/"run as" and you might
be able to change your settings using the administrator
account.
