Norton Antivirus

Has anyone experienced a problem installing Norton Antivirus in Win2000 ?
It seems that it partially installs,as I cannot open Norton from its
shortcut on desktop,nor from its icon in the program folder.Can anyone help
me with this problem?

This is a client AV Package, so it can't be installed on Terminal Server. A
