Norton Antivirus Update and Symantec website

My pc has been infected by the sasser virus and i have
run the microsoft fix. Now Norton av can't run and the
auto protect is off when the pc is rebooted. Also i
can't get on to the symantec website to get virus upadtes.

Uninstall, then reinstall Norton AntiVirus.
