Symantec Antivirus Error

Hey. The error is "Exception occurred. :red://c:\Program Files\Norton
AntiVirus\cfgwiz.exe/eula.htm :6"

Then it shows a link to a website and the link reads "Click here to go to
Symantec Technical Support Knowledge Base..."

What could this be? Is this related to another problem I have today in the
morning? When I turned on my PC today I left it for a few minutes, when I
came back it was laggy and slow. When I minimize or maximize a window it
takes a long time. And trying to play audio like in Winamp, the music sounds
distorted. Please help. Thanks
