Norton Antivirus 2003

Have recently changed to XP and now find that I cannot
activate the schedule for scanning for viruses nor,
apparently, does the Live Update from Norton work!

I am running ISAS BlackIce Firewall on the cautious
setting, as I did with Windows 98SE so there is no
drastic change there.

Can anyone help?

You need to uninstall your Norton program, run a Disk Cleanup,
then run Checkdisk, reinstall Norton, then run Live Update several
times to update it.

You did uninstall NAV before upgrading, then reinstalling after the
upgrade - correct? If not, then you'll need to follow Carey's
instructions.
