Norton Anti Virus

I ran my anti virus and it found 9 infected files. It
archived 6 and then suggested i delete the other 3 as
they could not be archived. However it then said they
couldnt be deleted either. What should i do?
 
Try searching the web for removal instructions for the virus' it can't do
anything with.
 
You can also go to antivirus.com and download the sysclean. It can remove
alot of virus.
 
Write down the name of the viruses it finds then go to
nortons website for the right removal tool
