Norton Anti-Virus Problem

I am running Windows 2000 professional. I have Norton
anti-Virus 2003. Any time i enter into the anti virus
options the program is always disabled. I enable it and it
still stays disabled. Is there anything I can do to fix
this problem. thank you in advance.

Lanwench [MVP - Exchange]

I'd search Symantec's support pages for help with this. I presume you have
admin rights on this PC?

Can be caused by a virus or corruption in Norton.
See article at symantec 'how to completely remove' prior to clean install
