Northwind database - Customer Phone list

Hello, I was looking at the sample Northwind database and I would like to
know, how do they manage to have the menu which is on the footer of the
Customers Phone List? to have all the letters and by clicking on them it
filters the company name to that letter.

Ed,
When you open Northwind, get to the Database Window | Macros. Open Customer
Phone List Macro in design view. You'll see it as an option group attached to
the form footer of Customer Phone List.
