none of your email accounts could send to this recipient

I am visiting a friend in TX. My home location is Omaha. My ISP is Cox. I
have tried each option on authenticating to the server. None work. I can
sent a test message from Outlook just fine. I cannot send to any other
recipient. I have checked properties of the email in the "Contacts" folder;
I have done everything in the threads for this type of problem. I cannot
find a solution anywhere.

This is frustrating. Why would the test message send with no problem at
all, but other addresses do not?

Did you actually receive the test message in your mail? My ISPs don't offer
any sort of access to their SMTP servers even with authentication. You might
have to use the ISP on your friend's ISP's network temporarily
