Non-sent, blank emails

People that send me an email are reporting that they receive a blank (no
message)return email from me. I am not sending them. Wany advice you can
provide will be greatly appreciated.

It is likely someone else sending them and spoofing your return address.

Ask them to View menu, Options . This will allow them to see the mail header
and you can see who really sent the email.

I am having the same problem. I was using Outlook Express and it was sending blank emails periodically. I could never determine the sequence that caused it; but email recipients would periodically notify me they had received a blank email. I was told to switch to Microsoft Outlook which I did. The blank emails are still being sent. Many of my email recipeints now know about this and they just ignore it, but occasionally, one of them tells me they got another blank email. Sometime, when I send an email, I immediately get a blank back of what I had just sent. I have checked all control settings and do not find any problem that would create this. It happens on both my desktop and my laptop. Help?

Try disabling any antivirus email integration.
