non registered xp product?

I am having problems installing my digi cam on my win
xp.Its the sound vision stream driver for my digital
camera that windows xp says is not a registered xp
product.it says if i do install it , it could cause
system to fail.Is there anyway on-line i can find out if
the driver will be ok? If so where do i start?

I see this a lot. Install it anyways. IF you know it's the correct drive (or
suspect that it is.) If there's a trouble then let us know.
