Hi!
I tried to load a copy of my digital camera software onto my PC that has
recently been upgraded to windows xp from windows 2000. my enzer Digi Cam
came with a CD dat has da ArcSoft PhotoImpression 2000 & da camera driver but
da camera driver wont load. the message comes up "installation aborted
windows 2000 not detected"
wat do i do?

Hi,

You cannot use the same software that was designed for Windows 2000. You
will have to get the different version of the drivers that was designed for
Windows XP. IF you see the CD for any driver setup files then you will see
that they have seperate folders for each version of Windows and you will have
to select the folder that corresponds to your operating system.

The same thing applies for your camera software also.
