Nokia sez download non-existent IRCOMM update

I'm trying to get XP, infrared and my Nokia 8250 to all
work together. It all worked fine on my previous machine
with Win98.

When I started to install the Nokia suite for the 8250
there was a message I had to download the IRCOMM update
from support.microsoft.com.

But there is no such thing. I did everything to search
and find it and can find nothing anywhere.

Nokia Suite refuses to work.
