Noisy NEW Acer and funny button!!

Hello!

I just got a new Acer laptop today and haven't had it on long at all!! And
the fan or something is being really noisy! My friend has the same computer
and doesn't make that much noise! And since it's new... So does anyone know
what might be the problem?

And also, the number button 0 is funny! All you have to do is put a finger
on it and it types lots of zeros!! You don't have to actually press the
button down! Does anyone know how to solve this problem too?
