NO WINDOWS INSTALL

I KEEP GETTING THE ERROR MESSAGE STATING THAT NO WINDOWS INSTALLER EXISTS OR
IT WAS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY, NOW, I HAD IT LAST WEEK, WHAT HAPPENED AND
WHERE DID IT GO AND HOW DO I GETIT BACK , I CAN'T INSTALL ANYTHING.

Do not post in all caps!

Try this Start run sfc /scannow
leave a space between the sfc and the /
this will scan your system for missing or corrupted system
files.
