everything is working fine untill i reboot my computer.
sometimes i get no video when i reboot , i have to press the reset at least
three time before the screen gets a signal. the computer does start up
and everythings loads up , but the screen is blank. could this be a problem
with bios or is the video card going bad . i do have the latest video card
drivers.

windows xp
ati radeon 9600

Could be either, could also be a flakey power supply, add on card, or
motherboard.

i think i will try a new video card inorder to narrow it down.

i saw the same thing when my vidoe card went tits up. If you have onboard
VGA - try that before getting a new card.
