No "User & Password" option in control panel

Hi, I've just installed Pro (twice!) but have problems with the User &
Passwords option in control panel.
It appears in the Catagory View, but doesn't respond when I d/click on it -
nothing happens.
On Classic View, it's not there at all!

I've upgraded to SP1 & run all options in Windows Update, but still the
same.

Any ideas?

There is no users and passwords option in the control panel anymore. It is
now called user accounts.

Try this:
start, run, type in, sfc /scannow, hit enter/ok.

Have the xp cd handy.

Done that, but no errors found (

Any other ideas?
