No Tracking Tab I n Outlook XP Appoinment.

I have several machines with Office XP that do not have a
Tracking tab when viewing an appoinment. How can this be
added. I have looked everywhere I could think to look.
Please help.

I think the trackingtab only can be found at the meeting organizer?
