Why can't I add new Appointments in Outlook Calendar?

I can not open existing appointments nor add new ones to Calendar in Outlook.
If I click on an exisitng appoinment on the Personal Folders - Outlook Today
screen, I get the error message "Unable to display the folder. Microsoft
Office Outlook could not access the specified folder location." How do I
find out what folder location it is trying, unsuccessfully, to access?

RIGHT-click and choose Properties and the result should display (as much as
possible) the full path of the file it is seeking. You can highlight (select)
and then [Ctrl]-C to Copy the full text and then paste it into Notepad or
Wordpad to guide you. If the file is on another computer (or server) you can
locate it and Copy to the location where it is expected. If it is somewhere
else on your PC then you can modify the full path text in Properties to point
to the actual location.
