no taskbar

Even if I reboot, I have done something which opens all my
programs in front of the taskbar, And I cannot see it
without reducing everything I am doing. How can I get the
taskbar in front of all the open windows?

there is in windows task manager/options/ always on top? It will make it
stay on top of all the other windows.

On taskbar-properties-advanced, there is an "always on
top" box. check it.
