Do you see a small, gray/blue line right at the bottom of your screen? If
you do, try dragging it up, this maybe the problem.
If this doesn't help, try Pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del (Selecting Task Manager is
required), when in Task Manager, Click File, then Run, then type (without the
quotes) "explorer.exe", this should bring up the taskbar.
