No synchronize option using Outlook 2003?

Bart MacLeod

I hadbeen using Outlook 2002 in a corporate environment and was able to set
my inbox and other folders to synchronize for off-line use on my laptop.

I am now with another company and have Outlook 2003 installed on a laptop.
The sychronization settings appear greyed out. What do I need to do to make
it possible to sychronize for off-line use.

Any help appreciated, thanks.

You can enable cached mode - properties of your Exchange account (tools,
e-mail accounts, view/modify, select Exchange, change).
